$0.01 to $5.00 = $3.00 shipping
$5.01 to $11.99 = $9.00 shipping
$12.00 to $29.99 = $12.00 shipping
$30.00 to $59.99 = $18.00 shipping
$60 and up = FREE SHIPPING
