What makes each wax special?
Soy Wax

What does it mean to cure candles?
In order for candles to emit their fullest scents, it is best to let candles sit for 48 hours or more. I like to allow candles to cure for at least a week.
Soap
What does it mean to cure soap?
In order for handmade soap to harden, it needs to sit. Curing is basically allowing the soap bar to harden and bring out the scent. Soap takes about 4 to 8 weeks to cure.
Paintings
What kind of paints do you use?
I use only high quality acrylic artist paints. The paint should last the lifetime of the glassware without cracking or discoloring. The paints are non-toxic, lead free and are not produced in China.
Can the glasses be washed?
We recommend the glass be hand washed with care. As with other fine crystal and china, they are not dishwasher safe.
How much do you charge for a custom order?
That depends on what you wish painted. If it's just a name or event painted onto the glass, it's free. You can always e-mail us if you have any questions and we can clarify the price.

How do I make a payment for a special order?
We'll e-mail you an order confirmation with directions on how to pay.
I'm not currently a member of PayPal, and/or don't wish to join. Is that a problem?
If you do not have a PayPal account or do not wish to join, no problem! Once you are in your Shopping Cart, you may use your MasterCard, VISA, American Express or Discover card.
Can I have my purchase gift wrapped?
We'd be happy to gift wrap your purchase! We can gift wrap it in cellophane and tie it off with a beautiful bow. Just ask!
